The Ghoulardi show was not to be missed on Friday nights and was so popular in the Cleveland area that the Cleveland police department reported a significant decrease in crime during its broadcast late night on Fridays. The Ghoulardi show featured Grade-B Horror and science fiction movies and was considered "Shock Theater.
